Product Safety Reports
The safety of our product users is our priority. If you notice any hazard, defect, accident, or have any concerns about the safety of our device, please contact us immediately.
You can report:
- accident or injury related to the use of the product,
- a potentially dangerous situation,
- a technical failure that may pose a risk,
- other security issues.

In your application, please provide:
- model and serial number of the device,
- description of the situation/problem,
- contact details,
- attach a photo or video.
