Step 2: Register your product within 30 days of purchase via the registration form.
Step 3: After registration, you will receive a warranty certificate – this is confirmation of the extended warranty up to 4 years.

How to use the 7-year warranty?
Step 1: Purchase the product and keep your proof of purchase.
Step 2: Register your product within 30 days of purchase via the registration form.
Step 3: After registration, you will receive a warranty certificate – this is confirmation of the extended warranty up to 7 years.
Step 4: Remember to have your annual warranty service performed at our service center. We encourage you to use our door-to-door service.
Warranty for 35 years
Which products does it apply to?
The warranty applies to products with a clear factory marking.
35-year warranty on the packaging.
How to use the 35-year warranty?
Step 1: Purchase a product with a warranty marking on the packaging.
Step 2: Take a photo or scan of your receipt and save it somewhere safe (e.g., email). Thermal paper fades and becomes illegible after years!
Step 3: The program does not require registration. Your product is covered from the moment of purchase, provided you retain a legible proof of purchase.
Step 4: In the event of a defect, report a repair at serwis.nac.com.pl , attaching a digitally saved copy of the proof of purchase.
